Package 1
Property Management
Full-service property management for both long-term and short-term rentals. Our management fee is a low percentage of monthly rent.
We use Buildium for owner portals, giving you access to monthly financial reports, quarterly inspection records, and direct deposit for monthly rent.
Services include:
- Collection of all fees and rents
- Leasing including tenant screening
- Maintenance: repairs and improvements
- Accounting and banking
- Quarterly property inspections
Package 2
Home Checks
You have a second home and you don't rent it out. When you come to the beach, you'd rather enjoy your vacation home than spend the weekend on maintenance. We provide keys to authorized friends and family, schedule vendors, and handle monthly inspections so you can relax.
Starting as low as $55 per visit.
Services include:
- Check for forced entry, vandalism, storm damage, pests, and animal intrusion
- Ensure all windows and doors are secure
- Check for water leaks, signs of mold or mildew
- Collect mail, newspapers, and remove debris
- Keyholder services
Package 3
Vacation Rental Services
You have a second home and want to rent it to vacationers, but you're not local. We utilize VRBO, Airbnb, and Hostaway to provide full rental management for less, covering everything from check-in to check-out.
We use Buildium for owner portals with access to financial reports, inspection records, and direct deposit.
Services include:
- Marketing on VRBO, Airbnb, and our own booking website
- Managing the property calendar
- Guest check-in and check-out, key exchange on arrival and departure
- Inventory services available
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Meet service providers on your behalf
- 24/7 emergency service support
